The chef behind this culinary endeavor is Tamas Kristo, whose career has encompassed renowned establishments like Svinkloev Badehotel, Mathias Dahlgren Matbaren, and Restaurant Levi. The menu takes inspiration from these prestigious milestones in his culinary journey. The pastry chef, Boglarka Megyesi gained experience in french pastry through her career, she used to work in Svinkloev Badehotel and also in Andersen & Maillard bakery.
The sommelier Mihály Fekete, founded the Wine & Spirit Store in 2017 with the aim of introducing high-quality Hungarian wines and grape varieties to the Danish market, in addition to my chef career. When we been done with a menu, I chose the wines for the food, my goal was to balance the taste and the experience. With the wines I selected, I wanted to present the taste world of Hungary in such a way that the taste experience of the food would increase together as well.
The event is based on achieving an innovative vision, based on sustainable quality!
