In Puglia, the panzerotto is more than just a snack; it's a symbol of conviviality, a delicacy meant to be savored at any time of the day. Whether you're returning from the beach, enjoying an aperitif with friends, or gathering with family around a laid table, the panzerotto is always a welcome treat.
The panzerotto is crunchy on the outside and a soft, flavorful interior, stuffed with mozzarella, tomato, and other ingredients such as cooked ham or mushrooms, showcasing the finest of Apulian cuisine.
We will offer a variety of panzerotto options: from the classic rendition with tomato, mozzarella, parmesan, and oregano, to versions featuring meat. And for those with a sweet tooth, we'll have a dessert version filled with ricotta and chocolate, all served with care in convenient paper containers!
Who´s behind:
We are three young people from the southern Italian region of Puglia, and for several years, we have made Copenhagen our home. Our bond with the world of food is deep and diverse.
Angelo works as a chef de partie at Marchal (1 Michelin star), Giulio is one of Marchal's sous chefs, and Alessio serves as the sales manager for a brand of high-quality Italian products.
Our professional history is closely tied to the world of fine dining. Growing up in Italy, we have cultivated an authentic passion for quality food and the cultural roots that surround it since childhood.
Additional Apulian wine from Giovanni Aiello and other drinks will be sold at the venue.
