Dessert Dining by Abhishek Ghosh part. 2 (Price for 2 pax)
Dessert Dining by Abhishek Ghosh
I'm Abhishek Ghosh, originally from Kolkata, India. I began my career in luxury hotels in India and the Middle East, including Fairmont and Marriott. I then worked at Gaggan in Bangkok, a top-ranked restaurant. Later, I spent three years as a Chef Pâtissière at a Sofitel Legend hotel in Amsterdam.
Seeking to expand my culinary skills, I joined 101 Gowrie and learned about combining Eastern and Western cooking methods. Now, I'm in Copenhagen and started at Brace, an Italian fine dining restaurant. I'm also planning to open my own pastry place called Rowak, focusing on desserts and creating a space for interaction and conversation. Until then, I'll continue doing pop-ups to share my passion.
Dessert dining with tea pairing. The idea to bring the European and Asian techniques together in a unique way, which will reflect my roots as well as my journey. We will serve a nine course menu that will have two sweet and savoury snacks, followed by a bread course and six desserts.
