Chefs Céline Thomassen & Alberto Zanin are excited to present their very first collaborative menu at Fiskerizakajen.
We met at Azurmendi, in Basque Country. The menu is a
culmination of our journey cooking side-by-side around the world -From Brazil to Indonesia, Paris to Italy, Spain to The Netherlands.
Together, we bring these influences into a cuisine that is playful yet precise.
For us, food is more than sustenance, it’s storytelling and art.
Sometimes that story is delicate and quiet, sometimes bold and unexpected, but it’s always alive, always moving, just like us.
Our goal is to create food that sparks connection: between people,
cultures, and the landscapes that nourish us. We combine Alberto's passion for rich, pleasure-driven flavors with Céline's expertise in foraging and fermentation, creating a cuisine that is both precise and deeply connected to the Danish landscape.
