I come from Kolkata, India. After completing my studies in India, I began my career as a pastry chef and baker at esteemed luxury hotels such as Fairmont and Marriott. Subsequently, I joined the team at Gaggan, a fine dining restaurant. Following that, I moved to Amsterdam, where I held the position of head pastry chef at Sofitel Legend The Grand. I then had the opportunity to showcase my skills at 101 Gowrie, a Japanese-inspired restaurant. Currently, I am working as a pastry chef at Restaurant Brace.

Our menu will tantalize your taste buds with a thoughtfully crafted 9-course selection. It begins with two delectable sweet and savory snacks, followed by a delightful bread course, and concludes with six exquisite desserts.
The inspiration behind this concept stems from my deep admiration for nature and a genuine sense of curiosity. I've always aspired to share my unique vision for desserts, and what better way than to create a menu dedicated solely to these sweet creations.
